"I can only imagine. She's been trying so hard these past few weeks I've been home to convince me to go out and meet a 'nice girl,' before tossing in 'Or I could just notice the one I already know.' I infer she meant you. It took all of me not to tell her you've already found someone. So instead, I broke out of that conversation with how I don't want to be with anyone who has been essentially like a sister to me." He shook his head.
He then chuckled some, nodding his head. "Of course. I'll try and flag you down once I know its coming," he promised with a few stray giggles.
He studied her for a moment, catching the brief look. Many people wouldn't have, but in the same light, many people hadn't grown up with her. "Hmm," was all he managed to say for the moment, but he was certainly grinning at her.
