Blaise stood by and watched. He really didn't even want to take off his shoes, so he kept them on and continued standing, looking out over the water. It had been still before, like a mirror, but now it was rippling and his head felt really nice.
He glanced down with an amused smirk. "If this is your idea of vacation, you really need a vacation," he said as he looked back up and over the yard. Though, when he thought about it, he did provide alcohol, a new place to sleep, a pool. If you planned to go somewhere and never leave the hotel, this was definitely better than a vacation.
But if you actually wanted to go somewhere and see something new, well, this wasn't the place at all.
