She let herself in and leaned back against the desk, looking down--or as down as it could be, considering her small height--at Fletcher. She crossed her arms and shrugged.
"I wanted to discuss hunting strategy with you. Been hunting with the same people and we've yet to catch anyone remotely resembling Lupin, so I'm proposing a partnership. Your brains, my agility. I think we can catch ourselves a look-alike by the next full moon, don't you think?" While she spoke, she gently and expertly prodded at the outermost boundaries of his mind so as not to raise alarm. She didn't want him to know what she was doing, else he'd block her out and she'd get nowhere. Best to keep him interested in the topic at hand while she worked.
