"I'd like to think she isn't planning it as a trap. She's such a sweet girl, Dora. She has forgiven me, though she has every right not too..." He began, unloading his worries. He liked Patience a great deal and felt a sense of worry when it came to her well being, as he had taken her on as his own personal regret. He worried a great deal about her because of this and only wanted her to be happy. But he did want to spend some more time with her.
But in this new light...he didn't see how it could occur.
He sighed as well, bowing his head. He let his hands turn up and grip hers once again as he thought over what she said. "No, we don't want to risk it," he agreed. He looked up to her now, visibly disappointed about the entire situation.
