Funny, that Blaise's recommendation had also included the beach. Theodore wondered if he just enjoyed the beach or if he'd considered what he thought would be best for Theodore. Probably the latter, considering who he was talking to.
"Sounds nice," he said, meaning it. It sounded lovely, actually. "Whenever I get around to having a vacation, I'll definitely consider it."
He laughed at the latter comment. "Not until just now," he said, amused. No, Blaise's company was something he could go without... but he liked it. He could loosen up a bit without doing something particularly crazy. "Though that might be my recent, unintentional, and thankfully brief excursion into the rock star, concert-goer world, too."
Really, the last offer to hang out he'd gotten had involved insane amounts of alcohol, probably other drugs, and a bed to crash on. Not that he hadn't ever done anything crazy and drunk in the past, but it had still taken him by surprise. He had a feeling Blaise would understand why he had turned that down.
The Mark didn't go unnoticed, but Theodore's eyes didn't move to look at it, just caught sight of it in the corner of his vision. He'd known, or figured really, that Blaise had taken it, but he didn't mind the confirmation - Death Eaters, at least, seemed genuine to him these days.
