Blaise had nowhere to actually stay in London since there was no need to acquire a flat with his travels. His mother lived in France and as he'd just returned to the city had didn't have the time to look into buying a place for himself. That would come later and for now, unfortunately, he was staying at a wizarding inn. They were filthy places and he didn't trust the staff (staying at these places while he traveled was bad enough), but his options were low. However, he did have enough time to set up an appointment to look at a nice house that was on the small side later - now he had business to attend to.
Barty was asking him to check in on Theodore Nott, an old classmate who hadn't taken the mark and wasn't taking complacens either because of his father. He would still be unaware of other people taking the potion, though. Blaise wasn't sure what to think. Theodore was a Slytherin and they were in the same group of friends throughout their years at Hogwarts; he seemed harmless enough, willing to go with the right side. Hopefully there would be no problems.
A quick shower and a change into a dark set of clothing later, Blaise apparated from the inn to the front of St. Mungo's. Perhaps Theodore no longer worked there, though he highly doubted that. His ambitions had always been set on being a healer and he started working there immediately following their graduation. Blaise only glanced up as the building as he walked inside, his entire self made darker by his choice of clothing and rather ominous all together.
When he found the front desk which sat a plump, ugly old woman, a sneer formed on his face and he kept his hands by his sides. "I'm looking for Theodore Nott," he said, voice low. Even though this was an investigation, Blaise was aware of what time it was, what time of year. It wouldn't be suspicious for an old friend to drop by, looking to catch up now that he was back in town.
