"He's adorable," Daphne told Serafina. She'd never had a dog as a pet, her mother hadn't liked them. As a child they'd only had owls, horses and a cat. Even now, she'd never thought of getting one, they seemed too excitable and and frankly she didn't have the time for one. Her two owls were enough. He really was cute, though. "What's his name?"
