There were few people, if any, that could actually instill some fear in Blaise Zabini. For the most part, he felt as if he had nothing to lose except his life, but he wasn't doing much with that, at least not anything of significance. He could still pick up and leave without a second thought and that told him all he needed to know. However, Blaise's mother could definitely make him nervous, and that's what she was doing right now as she only stared at him with an eyebrow perked up. He knew that look and her silence well, but his own expression never broke; she was the reason he had such a strong 'poker face' in the first place.
"Alright," he replied, leading the way back into the room. Before they entered, he said, "I'll stop by and see the puppy in a few days. We can get lunch this weekend." The last few words trailed off as he entered the room, sure that Theodore heard at least part of that. He didn't sit back down right away, but stood off to the side so his mother could talk to Theodore.
