"Did you now?" Ginny asked quietly, raising an eyebrow. "Did this friend happen to have the surname whiskey, first name fire, perhaps? Or maybe you met up with Jack or Jose, hm?"
Catching side of his wince, Ginny softened her tone even more, making sure to move carefully as she took hold of Bill's hand. The cut had stopped bleeding but only, it appeared, because the blood had crusted over it. Frowning, she pulled out her wand and cast a charm to clear away the dried blood. Reaching into the bag she'd brought, Ginny pulled out some salve, which she gently began to rub on after saying, "This might sting just a little bit." The salve cleaned out the wound, to make sure there was no chance of infection, and then when it had done it's work, Ginny cast another spell to heal the cut as best she could. Glancing down at the new pink scar that had been left there, Ginny added, "There. You shouldn't have to go to a healer, but it might be a bit sore for a little while."
Lowering her wand for a moment, she sighed, and then said, "Would you like to stay down here with your new close friend? Or would you like to try a hangover remedy?"
