Terrence couldn't say that he'd ever had a 'thing' like that. Most of the things he did were varied and random, only related by the fact that he thought they were fun (or at least thought they might be before attempting them). The only constant, at least for the last six years, had been Ella - well, that was the only positive constant. His hatred for his parents was by far the longest constant in his life; it ran deep and would probably never go away entirely, even after they were in the ground. Everything else tended to flame out when he got bored with it.
"That's awesome," was all he really had to say, grinning. He had more to say about the other topic, though. "Transfiguration was always my best subject, it's so... changeable. Maybe you could call it my 'thing', but it's not really the same - just a project I picked up after school, and a kind of magic I use all the time."
He laughed and shifted, reaching out to scratch Quaffle's damp ears. "I don't want Quaffle to hate me, so I'll save the demonstration for sometime when he's not around."
