Her brow furrowed just faintly when Patience looked down, but mainly because she wasn't sure why. She couldn't always read her twins' mind and right now all she knew was that at least she didn't sense disapproval. Chas hadn't really considered the 'consequences' of naming her son that... mainly because she thought about it different. Barty was so firmly up on his pedestal in her mind that it didn't really occur to her that other people might not have the best associations with that name, might treat their son different. Even if she had thought about it, there was still the obviously tradition in the Crouch family, and her thought that Barty deserved to have a son with his name.
