Aunt Adele had been Zach's favorite relative. Theo didn't count in Zach's mind when he was little because Theo was his cousin and his best friend. And that was different. It had made sense at five. Aunt Adele had paid him more attention than his own mother had at that age, and Zach had loved doing stuff to please her, something that made her smile. She had looked so pretty when she smiled.
Zach sighed. He was used to the fact she was gone, but he really didn't like it, every time he thought about it. "I wish we could still talk with her," Zach agreed. It was better, probably, for her that she'd been able to move on and all...not become a ghost. But he really wished he could talk to her at times. "I feel like she'd always know what to do, like you," Zach smiled a little.
