Katie drew back slightly at Demelza's words, looking askance at her friend. "I know you don't like your Mum, Demelza, but... why would you say she's a dirty muggle? Like... like being a muggle is a derogatory thing?" She set her pizza down and turned to her friend. "Dems, he judges as entire group of people simply for the fact that they don't have magic. As if that makes them less then him, and not just less, but dirty and useless and worthless. And if he thinks that muggles are less than him, doesn't that mean that people with muggle blood are less than him? That you are less than him?" She shook her head, her lips pressed into a firm line for a moment. "That's not right. I may be a witch, but my Mum is a Muggleborn, my grandparents are Muggles. They're not dirty, and they're not lesser than anyone just because they have no magic, and neither am I."
