Who: Harry and Luna What: ice cream and catching up! When: Monday Where: Luna's house --> Fortescue's Warnings: TBA Status: Incomplete
A simple trip to get ice cream probably shouldn't be so nerve-wracking, but the more Harry thought about it, the less sure he was that this was a good idea. Nevertheless, he wanted to see Luna, and he did want to go to Diagon Alley, to see what it was like now. At least if this went wrong, he told himself, he'd know that it was a place to avoid.
He trusted Luna, at least. She'd been under the potion - still was, it seemed - but he trusted that if they got into a bad spot, she would be able to help him figure a way out of it. He had his invisibility cloak back as of this morning, from the Death Eaters that had helped him rescue Hermione's parents before turning himself in, though he hoped that it wouldn't be necessary.
He'd never been to Luna's house before, but he knew vaguely where it was, and once he spotted it, he knew he was in the right place. It was so ineffably Luna, and it made him smile to see it, made some of his nervousness go away. He followed the zig zag path to the door, and used the eagle knocker to alert Luna - or her family, he supposed - to his presence.
