Katie laughed at that, bouncing into his flat as she said teasingly, "You mean you didn't like having Gryffindor kick your arses? I'm not surprised Draco did, maybe that explains why he lost so much... although I always assumed that was because he was a horrible seeker who bought his way onto the team." She shrugged. "Don't get me wrong, I liked winning. But I like winning better when I'm playing against real talent." She gave him a grin at that, clearly implying that she meant how he was talented in comparison to Draco.
Plopping down on the couch in front of the fireplace, Katie took the offered stick, eying it with interest before setting her marshmallows and graham crackers down on the coffee table. "Yep, I did! I was a reserve chaser for awhile after school, and then got promoted to a starter when Oliver Wood took over as captain. It is pretty sweet! Especially since it runs in the family." She glanced up at him with another smile as she explained, "My dad was a chaser for Puddlemere in his day, too."
