Dennis was lying on the bed, wearing rather suspicious long sleeves for the middle of the summer, his shoes still on though unlaced, and one leg drapped off the side. He was attempting a balancing act with his shoes, trying to keep them on even without the laces being tightened. He had his gameboy in his hand, eyes fixed, and expression blank. He only really looked up when he heard the sound of his brothers voice, not his entrance.
He pressed pause and set the system down, sitting up partially. He knew he was keeping sometime from Colin; as he didn't want Colin to be upset with him. It wasn't an act to hide something, it was to keep his brother viewing him in a decent light. He frowned slightly.
He winced when Colin grabbed his arm, yanking it back, his finger tips placing against the spot Colin had grabbed. Though Dean had healed it, it was still tender to the touch. Magic could only do so much.
"I'm not keeping anything from you. I'm just...not telling you." Which clearly was the same thing.
