To say that Katie was looking forward to seeing Charlie was sort of an understatement. Okay a big understatement. It'd been three weeks and she was pretty sure she'd gone just a bit mad, which she'd never have expected, but there you have it. And hell, when he'd asked her to go out for drinks? She'd actually gone out shopping. And not her usual sort of shopping where she grabbed a bunch of jeans and funky shirts and hoodies, now. She'd gone to a proper girly shop and asked the shop girl for help until she'd put together an outfit. The yellow top and the fitted jeans were what she'd bought, actually. Though the shop girl had tried to convince her to also buy heels and to just wear the outfit like that, Katie had chosen to go with her Chucks instead. And she'd thrown on a cardigan thingie because she didn't exactly think she could pull off the whole tube top whatever this thing was.
But anyway, yeah. She'd actually dressed up, and she was grinning hopefully as she walked into the Leaky, unsure of who exactly she was looking for. She didn't have to wait long, though, before an exuberant fan- Charlie?- approached her. "Oh, thank you!" Katie exclaimed brightly, shaking his hand. "You're real sweet, thanks a lot!" Only after he'd left did she turn to lean against the bar and glance down at the note in her hand. Oh. Perfect!
Taking a few minutes, Katie got an ale at the bar and drank it down, chatting a bit before she left and apparated back to her flat. It took a little bit to lift the wards and then she was waiting, perched on the back of her sofa, when Charlie (or, well, who she assumed was Charlie) apparated into her flat. "Well if it isn't Charlie Weasley... You're looking rather scruffy these days!" She couldn't stop grinning, even if he didn't look like him. Stepping closer, she looked up at him and admitted with a shy smile, "So I kind of really want to kiss you, but you don't look like you and it's a bit weird..."
