She could sense his excitement even before he turned back to her. Chas had already started to sit up straighter, sensing that they were truly close to their prey, and when he looked at her with those dark eyes, she couldn't help but smirk slightly. Oh, she loved this part.
They could just grab the pair where they sat right now, but Chas supposed avoiding causing a scene was always a good idea, if one could manage it. So she sipped at the coffee the waitress had brought, even though her entire body was so keyed up she didn't need it. The moment the couple- the Grangers- stood up, Chas leaned forward instinctively. This was perfect. She and Barty could follow behind them, and then pull them into an alley and make their capture, and then... well she wasn't entirely sure what Barty had planned but she had a feeling she'd enjoy it, even if she didn't get to play with the two mice as much as she normally might.
