"Mmm," she responded before subtly nodding her head. She supposed that made sense and there was no real reason to question it further. She crossed her arms, feeling a little chilly. She needed to adjust to the feel of France once again.
"I was just occupying my time, really. I'm sure we'll have plenty of time to unpack now. All we have is time," she said, before sitting down beside him.
"I'm surprised Toire has slept through the night," she commented. She had been certain the girl was going to be upset about leaving their home. But none of the charms had gone off to alert them she was in danger and she had not snuck into theirs, so she must have still been asleep.
