"I almost wish I could find him," Tracey said lowly, her hands coming up to cover his where they held her face. "Because..." Her eyes dropped for a moment as she added in a low voice. "Because I think maybe he should pay. Because he knew and he used it to take advantage of me and I hate him even more for that." Tracey was an exceptionally non-violent person, but right now if Blaine happened to walk by... she didn't even know what she would do.
Then she let out her breath in a deep shuddering sigh and lifted her eyes to meet his again. Her head still hurt, but it was slowly receding. And as she stared at Theo, all she could think of was how lucky she was to have him, how amazing he was, how much better she felt going through this just because he was here. "I love you," she murmured softly, her lips finally turning up in a very faint smile.
