He smiled to her and if he wouldn't have held himself back, there would have been a flash of a blush across his cheeks. He resisted it and just laughed. "Well, thank you Katie. The same could be said for you."
His eyebrows came together and he felt himself beginning to frown. Perhaps...perhaps it was that Katie did have a reason to think things were a bit weird. He gave the smallest of nods, before shifting his broom. It came around so he could sit upon it and then he nudged his head upwards. With a quick kick, he was zooming up towards the clouds. He had an idea what she was speaking about and if that were the case, it needed to be discussed where no ears could hear. A warded room would be nice but on a nice, sunny day like this, he knew they'd be safe to speak in the air, where no ears could hear them.
He came to a stop when he felt he had gone high enough, looking to her. "I wouldn't call it a fog. It was like being woken up from a nice dream and finding yourself in the middle of a battle."
