Who: Felixa Abaddon & Fletcher Parkinson What: Fletcher's third Conversation (capital C) with Felixa When: Tuesday, noon Where:Nahm, The Halkin, Halkin Street, SW1X 7DJ, London Warnings: N/A Status: Incomplete
Out of everything she had expected to have change over the weekend, Felixa had not predicted it to be this. Of course the witch knew how her brother felt about his best friend, despite the fact that he did not seem to be aware of it. But she hadn't realized how deeply Fletcher felt for Tibby. The man was annoyingly good at hiding all sorts of emotions, and if he simply hadn't, then all of this could have been sorted out years ago. But no, the men had to be boys and keep it all bottled up. At least Tibby had the excuse of not knowing. If Fletcher had known, well then he was an idiot. He obviously loved her brother.
Still, in the past few days, they had not worked it out themselves, it seemed, even though Fletcher had been spending more nights than not in Tibby's bed. She wasn't expecting them to become intimate, beyond kissing perhaps, given Tibby's health, but it was a perfectly decent amount of time for someone to talk about how they felt. Instead, she was going to talk with Fletcher, to inform him of what was going to happen.
For Tiberius's sake, she had chosen a muggle restaurant, which limited the ears listening in. And a subtle muffling charm would do the trick the rest of the way. Felixa wanted Tibby to be comfortable with himself and Fletcher without being forced into anything. And that meant no one overhearing rather private conversation about him. Further, the restaurant had excellent food. She had arrived a few minutes early and was standing outside, waiting for Fletcher.
