"She would leave me in your capable hands. She is one of my only brilliant family members. She knows when I am safe," he said, complimenting both his sister and the man in one go. Though Fletcher told him he did not need to worry, he found it impossible to prevent himself from doing so. He simply placed it at the back of his mind. He'd contact Lili once he was able to do so, perhaps after he was healed and could move without pain.
He gave a light laugh, rolling his eyes. "Gentle as a teddy bear, I am sure," he returned in jest, but he found himself listening quite closely to what Fletcher said. He remembered the night where he had asked quietly if Fletcher was drawn to him, how it escalated so quickly and how he had not wanted it to end; even though he ran from the man as his mind came back to him, well before he could truly enjoy himself. He remembered avoiding discussion of the event, until it faded from memory, as if it were nothing then a failed experiment. Hearing Fletcher's words meant he had succeeded in fooling him about his true enjoyment of the evening; yet failed in fooling his father. He felt sick now.
"I think I'd like to sleep some more," he quietly said, browsing straight over whether or not Fletcher would be aware if Tiberius were like him. He had too much physical pain this evening; he did not want anymore inner. "Will you bring me a sleeping potion to use until Pansy arrives? We have some in the hall cupboard," he asked.
