"That is a point," She nodded and leaned forward, "But that is their choice to make as well, Hestia. If they know and their eyes are wide open..." Angela shrugged, "I don't know. I suppose that I feel that if the Death Eaters are forcing you into hiding and attempting to control your thoughts and your life, then if you stop yourself from living you are...in a way...giving them what they want. But that is only my opinion, of course," As somebody who had to contend with a lot of people wanting her 'safe' as a child. Which wasn't at all the same, she realized, but still...
"It's a hard situation. Do what you think is best. But have faith in yourself, Hestia," Angela smiled at her, "I've only talked to you once and I can already tell that you really care about people around you." She really did appreciate the warnings.
She just wasn't sure...how to act. So with both of them she'd slipped into a pastiche of her 17-year old and her current self, and it made Angela's head hurt. Everything was so much more complicated here. Not that the Muggle world wasn't but it was...more orderly. Which was something she appreciated. Here, she just didn't know.
"I won't," Angela promised her, "Gilbert and I were talking of setting up a code in journals since they're being watched. With luck, we might not even have to respond to each other, which would be safest. We also talked about ways to avoid me having to go to the Ministry, like sending in the forms by owl."
She sighed and rubbed her forehead, "When did everything become so complicated?"
Maybe it always had been and she'd just ignored it.
