Zach meant the best, really. Sure he didn't give a rat's arse whether or not he annoyed someone he didn't care about. But Patience was a good person, and Zach liked her. They were friends or had been, somewhat, at least at school. It'd been so much easier to stay in touch with everyone there, when they lived so close, ate in the same room or even at the same table, and stuff. Zach was quite social, and he still managed to fall out of touch with people.
"Lets not do that again," Zach replied, glad that she hadn't been insulted. They'd probably passed by each other - a familiar friendly face. Well, okay maybe not, given she didn't work at the Ministry, but who knew. They saw each other again now. "Lemonade's delicious!" Zach agreed, "That'd be great!" He was pretty easy to please with food or drink.
