He hadn't thought about it hugely as playing the piano for entertainment's sake, though there was that as well. It was only fair to do something for her, as well. It was a really good muffin. Plus, Zach easily lost time on the piano to other ventures, so if she were interested, it would also mean he played more. He was a little bit rusty, but most of the songs he learned by heart came back to him as soon as his fingers went down on the keys.
"If you like jazz music or classical, it'd be fun for us both," Zach pointed out, "Jazz is more fun with more people around, playing instruments or not. I play the piano. And it's loads of fun, and I should play it more probably. I'm a little rusty."
