At least personal space had been regained. It was not that he did not appreciate people. They were all well and good and pleasant to be around, it was just that they always had a knack for standing so close. He never could understand the human desire to stand close when in conversation or excited about something in particular. It just felt illogical. Certainly one did not really need to be so close. More space allowed for more movement without the worry of accidentally hitting your conversation partner.
"Ah. Yes." He gestured to the chairs. "Please. Do sit down." He flicked his wand after a moment, casting privacy spells. This really was quite important, really. "There is a matter that should be discussed. You have not been here for so long." Twenty years had been so long. "Voldemort has once again risen despite his earlier supposed defeat. He and the Death Eaters have rather...taken over the government."
He frowned a little, sitting down in one of his chairs. "It would appear they are trying to make everyone...do as they say without questioning it. Practically like mind control." He paused for a moment. "No. It is most assuredly mind control."
