"Quite all right, yes." He felt old fashioned, but he always spoke quite as if he were from another time. He preferred this manner of speech. Though, it always occurred to him quite how much different he sounded when talking to others. He glanced at his tea for a moment before turning his attention to Charlie again.
"Yes. One does occasionally try to look on the bright side, but I admit, it is easy to acquiesce to our desire to focus on the other parts." He smiled a little and nodded. "Charlie. That is what you wish to be called, then? I do like to be certain."
