Honestly, she couldn't keep the smile from her lips as he resorted to scotch. It probably shouldn't please her so much that she got to him, but it did. And of course, she couldn't keep her eyes off him as he moved around the room to lean against his desk.
At the question, Chas only smirked and rose slowly to her feet. She'd gotten pretty far on her Animagus transformation, enough that she could change into her form. She couldn't control herself when she was in her form yet, but she could transform back on her own easily, so if she made the demonstration quick enough...
Before his eyes, Chas concentrated hard, dropping to the ground seconds later as a large jaguar. The animal took one look at Barty and let out a warning growl- deep in it's mind, Chas knew the animal would attack if given the chance, trapped in a small space with a strange man- but before anything could happen, she forced herself out of the shape, stretching up and returning to her normal self... completely with a very pleased smirk. "Terrence Higgs has been teaching me for months now. I can't control my inner animal, yet, but I've learned to control the transformation..." She was almost eager for his opinion, though she refused to allow herself to ask him what he thought. It was Barty. He'd make his opinion known.
