"Good. I count on you for that." Seeing as he made no vested effort to always be there for most other people. Tiberius was his only real friend. Everyone else was far too surface level for it to matter. The fact that he kept details on everything he knew about them was less a matter of caring and more a matter of knowing who he was up against at all times.
Fletcher couldn't help but silently curse his mother. Damn woman and her fairytales. He decided to completely ignore it, though. He could do that. "You know it hurts my sensibilities..." He paused for a moment, the corners of his lips twitching upward. "Well, it would if I had sensibilities."
That made him laugh. "Well, it has been an awfully long time since the last time. A number of things could have changed since then."
