"Have you considered taking a sleeping potion? It might knock you out to the point where you won't be able to dream. Not the most relaxing from of sleep, but it could help," he suggested as his hands came together to rest in his lap.
"I'm sorry it took me so long. I was foolish, really," he apologized with a heavy sigh. "I should have sounded the alarm the moment you didn't arrive..." he added, regrettably. He gave her a small smile as he nodded his head. "You're welcome, Hes," he whispered, turning his hand so he could hold hers once it was placed upon his.
