Her mind noted his good manners, always respectable in a man though unfortunately lacking in many if not most. But she did not comment on it, just as she did not comment on most elements she noticed - from his hair, to how he held his arms, to his gait. Everything spoke about a person, if the eyes were watching and the ears listening.
"Indeed," Felixa smiled as she sat, "A wand says a lot about a person. There have been two recorded incidents I know of where a husband and wife's wands did not agree with each other, to put it mildly. But it would be rash to blame the wands, for they only reflect the witches and wizards they choose. Little is recorded about the individuals, but judging off their wands, I'm surprised the couple that married 'for love' lasted to their nuptials in the first place."
The witch looked down, covering her mouth a little. It was easy to dominate the conversation when it was on wands. "You must interrupt me if you lose interest in the conversation," Felixa told him, "Else you might get held captive for hours." Tibby had experienced that before, but twins were a bit more forgiving about that.
