Pansy was not surprised to see the two men arrive so soon after her. She offered a nod and smile in greeting to them both, taking in the fact that Blaise looked well. She was very glad he was as she'd only ever wished success for him, in all aspects of the word.
"I've been rather brilliant," Pansy smiled at Theodore, "and yourself? How is work going at St. Mungo's?" She was about to ask Blaise similar questions, bu then the door opened and the house elf she knew too well was shouting excitedly. She stifled a chuckle. Favorite, eh?
When Draco half-descended the stairs, she couldn't help the breath that caught in her throat. Her first love, those always died hard even when you knew your first love liked blokes. And while there were no lingering romantic feelings on her end, she couldn't help but think he looked fantastic, as always, and how she'd love to go back to their sixth year before the incident with his head on her lap while she pet his hair. Too many years had passed and she wasn't that girl on the train anymore, but she thoughts, perhaps, they could find a semblance of how their puzzle pieces fit together now.
