For the span of half a heartbeat, Remus thought Sirius was going to listen to him. But then Sirius's lips returned to his, and Remus's eyes fell closed again while he smiled into the kiss. He preferred his first answer as well, despite the knowledge that it wasn't the wise course of action. He didn't care. As he felt himself melting into the mattress, all Remus wanted was for the kiss to continue, probably forever. His hand still grasped Sirius's hair, tilting his head in the direction he wanted him as his tongue traced Sirius's lip, but still, it wasn't enough.
Remus wanted to ask if they could do this again later, preferably when he was whole, but thought better of it. He didn't want to push his luck.
