Angelina grinned and shook her head. "No, you're not. This annoying time of the month can be a blessing sometimes." There had been a time where Angelina too counted the days until she should get her period - all but one time she'd gotten it. She remembered being terrified at the thought of becoming pregnant, and it hadn't been all that bad. She missed Fred like she never imagined, but her period had often come as a relief.
Holding up a tampon, Angelina shrugged. "This one. When you learn how to do it right, it's almost like it isn't there. Plus I was an athlete, wearing pads wasn't much of an option. It'll take a bit to get used to, if you want to try it. The trick is pushing it up as high as you can." Angelina grimaced, trying to be as informative and non-detailed at the same time.
From what she gathered, Helena was doing better. Which made this awkward conversation worth it.
