It was the cheeks. Or maybe the smile. Definitely the shortness. Something about it screamed adorably innocent even if she wasn't so. Adrian would be hard pressed to believe otherwise. In fact he'd love to be proven wrong and shown in detail that he wasn't correct in his current belief. "Well I thought it was about time you know. Absence only makes the heart grow fonder." He tossed back with a teasing grin of his own.
Adrian crossed his ankles, looked up at the sky for a moment before wiggling himself into a spot of perfect comfort. "Hiding in all sorts of fruit. And I mean all sorts." He couldn't help but add. "I do enjoy handling some melons. Feel free to throw any other innuendo that you can think of in there. I think I might have exhausted my supply since arriving here but don't repeat that. Wouldn't want people to think I'm losing my touch." Adrian added as he wiggled his toes.
