"As Head Boy, I took it upon myself to learn the names of every student." Percy was excellent at retaining any information he put his mind to, and his pride in his memory showed with another smile. He did not for a moment think he might have flattered Anthony to think himself a unique case. Such thoughts did not occur to him.
"A cobbler makes shoes," he informed Anthony. "As for the matter in our time differences, it shouldn't be possible, but it is." Percy knew he must sound absurd and mad, but it was better to forewarn the boy.
