"Lucky you," Angelina said brightly. Looking back she hadn't terribly minded her excursion on Friday, but Angelina would have rather not experienced it at all. It was bound to bring her all sorts of shame and a completely different relationship with Adrian than Angelina had ever wanted. "I couldn't fall asleep whatsoever in the night. I left the bungalow to check on the court, actually." The court where the pair of them had met, and this whole journey began. Angelina would much rather think that than what happened on Friday. "Though it's not unexpected - I've been a light sleeper since I can remember. Storm make the night go by faster, I've always liked lightning shows."
Grinning at the thought of this man climbing trees in search of fruit, Angelina met his eyes. He had gorgeous and intense eyes. She felt herself blushing and thanked Merlin her skin was so dark. Biting her lip, Angelina broke their glance shyly. Usually a bold and independent woman, Ange found this refreshing - she was hardly acting better than a school girl, after all. "You'll have to find me before you can start stealing my fruit," she teased.
Feeling herself grinning out of flattery, Angelina kept her eyes on the horizon. He was charming and flattering and everything any girl would have dreamed for. "It is beautiful," she said quietly, turning her head to look at him once again. There was no mistaking it - Mystery Fellow was incredibly good looking, on top of his charm.
