Rain had never really bothered Angelina. She hated storms for the fact they couldn't practice quidditch, but that was it. Rain had a soothing effect on Ange, and she'd always liked to watch. When she was younger she could run around in it, and she'd never minded getting wet. Today was like she was young again - as she swam she enjoyed the rain. The beating on her face, arms, and back. Angelina was surprised that the waves weren't a little rougher, but at the same time she wasn't. This island was strange, anything could happen. And often, anything did happen.
Adrian had gone unnoticed by Angelina. She was busy diving under the water and trying to fix her poles. It was an annoying job, but she was certain it was working. And for some reason, she wasn't growing tired or wearisome. In fact, Ange felt more alive than she had in days. For now, she chalked that up to Alicia now being here. True, Alicia's arrival had made Angelina feel better and like she could get through everything, but this bout of energy hadn't surfaced until this morning.
Satisfied with her pole, Angelina turned to do the other side when she noticed something funny. It looked like a foot was tangled in the nets - but surely it was a trick of the light? Ange started swimming towards it, and was shocked to see the foot quickly changed into a head. She swam faster now, not able to tell who it was through the thick rain. When Angelina came up upon him, she burst out laughing. "All stupid fish get caught eventually," she teased. Treading easily, Ange decided not to help him - not until he asked nicely.
