Re: George + Draco
George just nodded slowly at Draco, taking a long sip out of his own drink as he formulated an answer. “I have a feeling that you aren’t going to like any answer I’m going to give you, because in your shoes, I wouldn’t like any answer I would give you.” He shrugged, “Pansy left with no word to me. She didn’t tell me she was carrying my baby, or that she loved me or that she was even leaving. I didn’t find out until I stopped by her flat and it was empty. I figured that was goodbye. The end. She didn’t want me around, and so there were no words spoken, no chance to stop her. I wanted her to be happy, so I let her live how she wanted, I assumed to find someone who didn’t already have children and family attached. It was my mistake. I know.” He rolled his shoulders, discarding his empty glass and stuffing his hands in his pockets.
“Perhaps you’d like to get some air?” He asked in a friendly tone, moving towards the door. If voices were going to get raised, it best be outside the pub, not that he was sure anymore that they would be yelling.
