Ginny/Albus
Albus started, a few items he had piled onto his plate toppling off ungracefully. He had been having a good time tonight, he had a few drinks in him and he'd already run across Scorpius and Hugo and a few others. He'd seen Ginny about a few times but had successfully managed to avoid her. Until now. Damn his stomach and it's need for food. If he had just kept on the move, he wouldn't have been trapped by her.
The smile that he had been wearing as part of his outfit all night was now fading into a frown. And a frown didn't really go well with these shoes. "Is now really the time to talk about this? It's my dad's and your husbands birthday and I really don't want to argue and make this a bad night for him." That, and he was still getting over that cold and trying not to run to his parents for comfort. It was the one thing he wanted to do, and Ginny really wouldn't have understood his need, or why he was collapsing into her, complaining about a sore throat.
