He smiled and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. He had no idea what he was doing. Well, alright that wasn't true, he was comforting Helena, obviously. But other than that, on where his feelings for Helena lie or for Angelina even, he had no idea. But right now it didn't matter. He was just going to enjoy how comfortable it was with her. His fingers twirled the hair that was on her shoulder idly, saying, "You're welcome," softly, though he wasn't entirely sure what he being thanked for.
"I don't see how you could be a disappointment to anyone." Of course, he wasn't sure what she had done in her life. Maybe that was a good thing. She got a whole fresh start with him. "Even if she does come, I think she would just be happy to see you. It's how mums are." Least he hoped that was how it would be. He wasn't sure. He didn't know her mother at all. "But...why? You're amazing. I mean, I'm sure your mum is great and all, but you're...you. You don't have to be like her."
