Who: Ginny and Harry When: Thursday Night Where: Harry's Bungalow What: Dancing around the bigger issue.
Don't tell me I'm the last one in line Don't tell me I'm too late this time
I don't wanna live to waste another day Underneath the shadow of mistakes I've made 'Cuz I feel like I'm breaking
Ginny gathered up the dishes from supper and walked them to the sink. Cleaning without magic wasn't anything new. She had chores before she was allowed to use magic. So standing at the sink and scrubbing their plates and forks clean didn't seem all that different to Ginny. She wiped her hands on her pants when she finished washing the plates and turned back to Harry with a small smile.
Something was different. Ginny couldn't put her finger on it, but something wasn't quite right. Ginny knew Harry far too well and she knew when something was weighing on his mind. Ginny didn't know if she should push him or let it go. She walked back towards him and kissed his cheek lightly. "What should we do tonight? Walk? Go to bed early? Climb trees?" Her smile wasn't as bright as it normally was, but she didn't know how to feel better. "Anything you want."
