Who: Luna & Draco
What: Luna arrives to work
Where: The carpenter shop?
When: Later than she should have.
Status/Rating: In progress/low
Although this place was very strange, Luna was fascinated with every aspect of it. The way it had stolen their magic, the way it had kidnapped them, and the way it seemed to pop out of nowhere. She had no idea where they were, or if they were even on a map anymore. It was entirely possible this island wasn't from their world, and that's why everything was out of sorts. In fact, the more Luna thought about it that way, the more it made sense. Rolf would be delighted to hear she'd already made progress on figuring this place out. The trouble with most people was they thought too logically. Magic was never logical, and that's why Luna did so well with it. Thinking on a logical plane was horribly boring, anyways.
Luna was meant to be at work at 9:00 am sharp. She left the house with plenty of time, but her walk was slow and her mind took her elsewhere. Luna had ventured to the beach to check for moon frogs, and the outskirts of town for any signs of crumple-horned snorkacks. She didn't particularly care about time, and by the time Luna made it to work, it was much closer to 11 am. With a soft smile on her face and a carefree attitude in her walk, Luna sauntered into the shop. She looked around and inhaled, taking in everything she could. "Hello?" she called, in a dreamlike voice. Had she ever auditioned for the role of a fairy godmother, Luna's everyday voice would have sealed the deal.
"Hello?" she called once again, venturing further into the shop, and bypassing the sign which said 'Employees Only'. Even if she hadn't been an employee, Luna wouldn't have cared. "I'm here for my first day of work. Luna Lovegood."
