Angelina didn't care what was right and what was wrong right now. Tomorrow she would, or maybe the next day. Certainly the next time she saw George or Pansy, and she became a hypocrite. But did it count when she'd been cheated on first and was in the process of losing her husband? It was too much to think about, so Angelina decided not to think. Thinking would just get her into trouble. For now, Ange was going to enjoy. It was something she hadn't done in a long time.
For a short while, Angelina reciprocated the gentleness behind Fred's kiss. But Ange wasn't feeling particularly gentle, she felt scorned and violent, and gentle just wasn't going to do it. Angelina pressed against Fred, both deepening the kiss and dragging her teeth against his bottom lip. Ange needed to forget, and this was just the sort of thing to help her with that.
