Sirius was no one's sodding nanny, but someone needed to keep an eye on Remus, regardless of whether the man was in his thirty-somethings. After the stint he pulled last night, Sirius wasn't keen on letting the man rise and shine and work himself past the point of exhaustion. His objective? Make certain Remus Lupin slept-in and took it easy, or else tie him to a tree.
It was, in his most excellent opinion, a smashing idea.
Never one to bother with a ceremony like knocking at the door and waiting for someone to let him in, Sirius opened the door and showed himself right in as though he lived there. Someone was in the kitchen, back turned to him, but he paid whoever it was no mind. He crept toward the bedroom door, deciding just a peek through the crack would be enough to let him know whether or not Remus was still in bed or if he had to go on a Moony-hunt.
