Thomas’ eyes constantly flickered around the island as the girl in front of him spoke, the Auror in him was trying to keep stock of everything that was going on around him, but there was very little to take particular interest in. Eventually his eyes came to rest on the woman he was standing with again.
“Yeah, I had a friend tell me a little bit ago.” Though he hadn’t entirely decided that Tonks hadn’t bumped her head or something (its not like tripping was a terribly unusual thing for her). “I’m still convinced their is a way off though. I’ll try swimming if I hav’ta.” He shrugged. “You know you never did tell me your name.” Generally, Thomas found people who didn’t give him their name, after he’d given his of course, to be suspicious. He looked at her critically. There was something strange about her mannerisms, but nothing hostile.
