What was he talking about? Something was really wrong and as angry as she was, she was more worried about him. Her puzzled expression kept playing as she tried to hide it, but Alice knew he'd see through whatever she was hiding. "What?" She half demanded as he said she was the source of trouble... How was she the source of it? He was the one that caused problems, not her.
"You're a fool if you think I could forget you." Alice snapped at him holding back from attempting to slap him. She wanted to, that was her gut reaction, to slap him for those words. How could she forget him? He was... No, he wasn't what she thought he was anymore, he had made his path and now? Now he was acting crazy. He wasn't making sense, he wasn't... It was hard for her to put anything into words as her emotions for him were clouding her judgment.
