Bella nodded to herself, wishing desperately that she had enough magic to at least ward an entry to Regulus. She hadn't seen Snape on the island lately, nor seen his scrawl in the journals, and she could only assume he had disappeared. That meant there were even less who were loyal. She couldn't help but wonder if she could get Albus on her side. He was already half way there, anyway, he would just need a little push. Bella made a mental note to try it, at least.
When she noticed the slight change in Tom after she described his first downfall, she shrunk into the chair a bit, almost ready to be cursed, despite the fact that she was used to the island, and knew that he had no magic. There were other ways to hurt her, however. After a moment, she relaxed again, though she was wary.
"Yes. The library has several books on you and the wars. Harry Potter, the boy the prophecy was about, is here, in fact, as well as about twenty other people who seem to be related to him." Bellatrix bit her lip, unsure if she should continue with what she had learned or not. It was upsetting, and when she had read it, despite already knowing it would happen, she had cried. One of the few times she had done so. Sighing, she started, "My Lord, there's more. You faced Potter a final time, and...died." The last word came out very hushed, and it was plain how terrified she was that he would be upset with her. In her time, she had stopped trying to hide her emotions when they were alone together, and she found herself slipping into that pattern once more.
