Who: Tonks and ANYONE (preferably someone I don't normally play with?) When: Saturday Morning Where: The Library What: Tonks is trying to learn something. Rating: Low? Status: Incomplete
It was dark in the library. Tonks always found that stupid. Libraries were meant for reading, but the lighting was always far too dim. How was she supposed to read if she couldn't see the bloody words on the page? Stupid. This is why she never spent much time inside squinting at books. Well that and because after twenty minutes of sitting still, Tonks' legs were twitchy and dying to be stretched.
But. She had to focus. This was important stuff.
Flipping through the pages of a self-improvement book, Tonks tried her best not to roll her eyes. The advice was so silly and not-at-all-helpful. She really wished there was some better way of doing this, but Tonks had to admit she made some pretty god-awful life decisions. Really, really, really bad ones. Full of bad men and dying when she was only twenty-five and poking a dangerous witch with a giant stick. And all of those decisions and choices left her alone.
Hopelessly. Completely. Utterly. Alone.
So maybe there was something to this self-help rubbish. Tonks tried reading another paragraph about positive decisions, but it didn't make sense to her. She was never one from learning from a book. "Bugger." Dropping her head to the table, Tonks closed her eyes. Maybe she was just fucked.
